If you plan on going to the 30A songwriters festival, get tickets early and save money.

Another Great Show

Continuing on the theme from the last post, we got to see Holly Williams live at Grayton Beach Grill last month. Such a good show. Bought the CD! She and her husband like playing here at the beach so we can be pretty sure they will be back this way. "The Highway" and "Waiting on June" sold me on Ms. Williams.

Music on 30A

Anyone who knows our area, knows we have some absolutely great music happening here. First Note Entertainment put on a show last night at Arnett's Gulfside Trailrides, a very unusual venue and it was great fun. Couldn't tell if the horses liked it or not but there were some fine musicians there.

The guitar player on the right in the above photo was just great. Don't have his name but he was a big part of the show. He played solid guitar and did some impressive harmony with all the headliners .

30A Festival Report - Saturday

Last night we volunteered at 30A Vue. Great venue. Very comfortable. All the music was wonderful. We particularly enjoyed Humming House. Today we will enjoy the concert at Gulf Place. Tonight Bud and Alleys. Link to the schedule.

30A June event not to be missed

30A Songwriters Festival Rocks

The second 30A Songwriters Festival is just one of the events that make the beaches of South Walton a great place to own property. Seaside towns along the scenic highway are no longer just a place for summer fun. Even in January there is something wonderful to do here.

Well known musical talent like Shawn Mullins and Lari White played along side up and coming talent like April Snow and Smoking Flowers during the busy weekend.
