Seacrest - Rosemary - Inlet Beach

Seacrest Beach, FL
Seacrest has some planned communities and some not so planned communities, both including lovely, easy living. Many of the homes along the 30A corridor have spectacular views. Some include distant views of Destin to the west, or Panama City Beach to the east.

We highly recommend you stop in an openhouse to really appreciate the striking differences between 30A living from it's neighbors in Bay and Okaloosa counties.  You can go straight to view the single family and condo listing in the Seacrest area, or read on and I'll tell you a little bit about Alys Beach.

Alys Beach, FL has homes as white as the it's sandy beach and the architectural theme is stunning. Private courtyards, fountains and artistic simplicity make this community for the "less is more" crowd. A beautiful lifestyle, understated and very elegant. In June, this community hosts one of our favorite events, Digital Graffiti. It is truly unique and something to see.

Rosemary Beach, FL.
The site of many a beautiful beach wedding, narrow winding roads and terrific community events, Rosemary looks a little like a quaint European village but the modern appointments make it a favorite haven for folks who expect the best of everything as well as charm.

The architecture is unique in that the homes are built on very small homesites so there is an abundance of clever ideas that utilize every inch of space. It is a vital, modern and fresh community with beautiful shopping, dining and amenities.

Ask us and we will tell you about some wonderful little hidden areas around Rosemary Beach like what to get at LeCrema and Paradis, Tracery Interiors and the Hidden Lantern bookstore.

Inlet Beach, FL., is a very quiet area of 30A, a reason some folks wouldn't live or vacation anywhere else. The beaches here are often less crowded because it's just a little off the beaten path. We like how it can keep it's sleepy attitude while being so accessible it is to Rosemary Beach amenities.
